Who We Are
LTH Structural Design Ltd, 20 Fishwicke Road, Winchester, Hampshire, SO22 6LE, is the data controller for information collected through this website and by email. Contact: team@lth-structural.co.uk.
What We Collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number if given, the project postcode and the details you tell us about your project, including any photos or drawings you send.
Why We Use It
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract. We don't use your details for marketing and we don't sell them.
Who Else Handles It
Our website form is processed by Formspree, and our email and files are held by Google Workspace. Both act on our behalf. Some of this data may be processed outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as we need them for professional and insurance purposes, which can be several years after the work.
Your Rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing team@lth-structural.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
